I can't login to my DNS Hosting account.
If you're logging into DNS Hosting through your Domain Name Manager, and you receive a password error message, this may be for one of two reasons.
- If you recently purchased your domain name, your DNS Hosting account may not be active yet. DNS Hosting takes roughly 48 hours before it's activated after a new domain registration.
- Have you changed your password since registering your domain? If so, DNS Hosting may still be set to your original user/pass, or alternatively the user/pass of the registrant contact. If you still can't remember your user/pass, please email us and we'll reset it.
