- Email setup (3 Per Hour of Support)
- Product setup (3 Per Hour of Support)
Access to 7 days of website backups via your websites
administrator panel to download.
Full access to support centre and tutorials to help you manage your site with ease.
Latest plugins and security patches applied every month.
If you need additional hours they will only be charged at a discounted rate of $35 and will be invoiced separately.

We pay the transaction fee for you as we value your subscription.

2 Hour Prepaid Support Contract - $80 per Contract

For when you only need updates or support periodically.

Includes 2 hours to use over 6 months for services of your choice:
- Website updates (Text/Photos/Galleries)
- Email support
- Phone support
- Remote desktop support
- Email setup (6 Per support contract)
- Product Setup (6 Per support contract)
Backups supplied upon request only.
(15min deducted from contract.)
Latest plugins and security patches applied upon request only.
(30min deducted from contract.)
Does not include full access to the support centre tutorials.
If you need additional hours you will need to puchase additional support contracts.

Paying with Paypal Incurs a 2.4% + 30c transaction fee, pay via direct bank transfer or check to avoid the fee, payment details on invoice when requested.

Please Note:

The Standard Monthly Support Subcription and 2 Hour Prepaid Support Contracts operate between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, Excluding public holidays. If after hours support is needed it will be charged at double the hourly rate.

Automatic backups only apply to Joomla! websites created or managed By Jon Web Design. Backups for other website such as Wordpress can be given upon request.

If the included monthly hour in the Standard Monthly Support Subscription is not used it is forfeited and is not rolled over to the next month, the cost incurred will still cover you for access to backups, online video tutorials plus installation and updates of security patches.

Subscriptions and contract services do not include template updates and graphic design, please contact Jon Web Design for a quote.
