So to further improve our support service I have introduced a new Email Ticket System and Knowledge Base to add on top of my existing phone and remote support service.
This service is a free inclusion with all new Sitebuilder Subscriptions, if you have a question email email@example.com to leave me a ticket.
I will either answer your ticket directly or provide you a link to a section in our knowledge base that answers your question. If you ask something new that will help others I will add a support article to the knowledge base so everyone can learn!
