So to further improve our support service we have introduced a new Email Ticket System and Knowledge Base to add on top of our existing phone and remote support service.
This service is a free inclusion with all existing and new Sitebuilder Subscriptions, if you have a question email firstname.lastname@example.org to leave us a ticket.
We will either answer your ticket directly or provide you a link to a section in our knowledge base that answers your question. If you ask something new that will help others we will add a support article to the knowledge base so everyone can learn!
