How to Manage your Sitebuilder Subscription
To update your Sitebuilder Subscription with new card details:
If you have received an email to update your details because your card has expired or want to change cards, you can click the "Update Billing Information" link or follow these instructions.
- Go to
www.jonwebdesign.com.au.
- Under "Your Account", click "Manage Your Subscription".
- Sign in using your Sitebuilder Login details.
- Click "Billing Information & Invoices" on the Payments Screen in the top right hand corner this will redirect you to Stripe.
- Under the "Payment Method" section click " + Add Payment Method".
- Fill out the new details and click Add.
- There will now be two payment methods in the list, make sure the new one is default by selecting the "..." menu next to the new method and select "Make Default".
- Now that the new payment method is default you can use the "..." menu next to the old method and click "Delete" if you wish.
- You can now close this window as your payment details have been saved.
To see a list of your past Sitebuilder Subscription Payments:
- Go to
www.jonwebdesign.com.au.
- Under "Your Account", click "Manage Your Subscription".
- Sign in using your Sitebuilder Login details.
- Click "Billing Information & Invoices" on the Payments Screen in the top right hand corner this will redirect you to Stripe.
- Under the "Invoice History" section you can click any invoice listed to view it and download a receipt.
- You can close this window when your done.
Note: If you were making subscription payments before the integrated payment dashboard, you won't see these past payments here, you should have received receipts via your nominated email, but if need to you can also request your full payment history from
support.
To Cancel Your Sitebuilder Subscription:
- Book in a Call to arrange the cancellation of your Sitebuilder Website and Support Subscription.
The reason I ask people to book in a call is for security to make sure that the account is being closed by the account holder to prefent any unintented website downtime and to discuss what you need or want done with your existing information.
