Setting up a Time for a Remote Training Session

Included in your website subscription is an hour-long Remote Training Session per month so you can edit your own website with ease.

To Book in a Remote Training Session, use my online booking form, all training is provided via remote support software called Splashtop SOS.

Joining a Remote Training Session:

1. I will call you on 0409790593 on your supplied phone number or join the Google Meet link at the booked time.
   
   
2. On your computer visit https://www.jonwebdesign.com.au/remote-support
   
   
3. Select the remote support app for the operating system you use (Windows or Mac)
   
   
4. Once the file has been downloaded run the file and "allow for file to make changes" then wait for your ID to appear.
   
   
5. Read out the ID to allow me to connect.
   
   
6. At the conclusion of the training session, I will log out of the session and you can close Splashtop SOS.
   
   

Note: The ID Is different each time to ensure a one time connection. To allow me to connect again next time you will need to repeat the process from the start, I will not have remote access to your computer until generate a new ID and you allow it again.
