How to Manage your

Sitebuilder Subscription

To update your Sitebuilder Subscription with new card details:


If you have received an email to update your details because your card has expired, follow these instructions.

  1. Go to www.jonwebdesign.com.au.
  2. In the menu, Click "Your Account", then click "Manage Your Subscription" .
  3. Enter the email address you signed up for your subscription with and click "Send Link".
  4. You will receive a link via email to login to the account. 
  5. Under the Billing Tab you can update your card details as necessary by clicking "Edit".

For security purposes, this link expires after 15 minutes but you can go back to the "Manage Your Subscription" to receive another link if needed.



To see a list of your past Sitebuilder Subscription Payments:


  1. Go to www.jonwebdesign.com.au.
  2. In the menu, Click "Your Account", then click "Manage Your Subscription" .
  3. Enter the email address you signed up for your subscription with and click "Send Link".
  4. You will receive a link via email to login to the account.
  5. Once Logged in click the Payments Tab to see a list of all payments.

For security purposes, this link expires after 15 minutes but you can go back to the "Manage Your Subscription" to receive another link if needed.



To Cancel Your Sitebuilder Subscription:


Book in a remote support session to discuss cancelling your Sitebuilder Subscription.


You receive the message "We couldn't find that email address."
 

When entering in your email address please check that it is spelled correctly or check to see if you used another email address.
